Background
In 2023, I decided to take the leap and leave Prosono, my employer of 5+ years.
The intervening time has been productive. I've:
Taken steps to reflect deeply on my values, preferences, and priorities regarding work and life
Spent some quality time being truly present and engaged with my family
Made concrete re-investments in my own wellbeing
Undertaken some independent consulting with some former Prosono clients, and started my own consultancy
Completed an intensive business fundamentals program, to scratch a long-held itch for a formal business education
If interested, I'd love to speak with any of you about the exhilarating and uniquely uncomfortable experience of leaving your job and venturing into the unknown. It's been highly instructive, and I have many reflections and recommendations that I'd be happy to share.
My Request
I've already had the really sincere and eye-opening pleasure of talking with many of you over the last several weeks and months. One of the unanticipated benefits of this experience has been reconnecting with so many of the exceptional people I've known through work, school, and life over the years. The generosity of time, spirit, and resources that folks have shown has been (truly!) inspiring.

I've been doing management and strategy consulting for nonprofits, foundations, government agencies, and educational institutions for almost 6 years. The most natural pivot for me would be to move in-house to a mid-senior level role at that type of organization. However, my interests are broad, and variables like culture and flexibility matter as much to me as industry or mission. If you think of an opportunity or organization that has even a remote chance of being a good fit, please share!
